Low Profile, Small Rectangle Personalized Pet Tag

This low profile acrylic tag is perfectly understated while still highlighting your “Good pup” and their name. The front's top line can change to call out any Good boy, Good girl, or Good pup (Max 2 words). Customizable back allows up to two short lines of text and two phone numbers. Both sides are engraved and colored for easy, long-lasting, readability.

Customized tag comes with one seasonal mini. Seasonal mini choices include: gem, diamond, tiny heart, sun, monstera leaf, star, jack-o-lantern, bat, or moon. Colors for seasonal minis are not guaranteed, but suggestions are welcome!

Each item is individually made, assembled and packed. All custom items will be mailed in bubble wrap shipping bag and small kraft jewelry box.
