Football Personalized Pet tag

Get your pet ready for game time with this football shaped tag. Customizable front allows for name, one line of text and one phone number OR two phone numbers. Text is engraved and colored for easy, long lasting, readability.

Customized tag comes with one seasonal mini. Seasonal mini choices include: gem, diamond, tiny heart, sun, monstera leaf, star, jack-o-lantern, bat, or moon. Colors for seasonal minis are not guaranteed, but suggestions are welcome!

Each item is individually made, assembled and packed. All custom items will be mailed in bubble wrap shipping bag and small kraft jewelry box.
